Workshop to be held on 12-14th September 2017, Felipe Carrillo Puerto, Quintana Roo, Mexico
Welcome
We would like to invite researchers to a workshop on the "Present Status and Horizon Scanning of Sustainable Aquatic Resource Development".
The main goal of the meeting is to discuss research on current status of aquatic environments in the region, and the relevance for people who depend upon them. There will be a horizon scan for future impacts and potential solutions that could be generated through collaborative research. There will be a focus on building links for future research, and funded participants will be selected on their research track record and potential.
The workshop starts with a welcome reception on the morning of 12th September 2017 and finishes after afternoon discussions on 14th September 2017.
Researchers attending the workshop will be primarily supported by the British Council and CONACYT Researcher Links scheme. The language is English.
We look forward to meeting you in Felipe Carrillo Puerto! On behalf of the organisation committee, Martin Genner, Luis I. Hernadez and Carlos Gracida-Juarez
